On the skinny side.

December 30,2010 that is the date when I decided to take control of my gut,stomach,spare tire,tummy,fluff. I have to say I see a difference in the photographs,but the number on the scale tells a much different story. The first weigh in ever done I was 224lbs, now I am 228, in my mind i'm quite confused I did all the proper pre-weigh in activity's and although until recently I haven't been to focused on weight loss their is defiantly a difference in the size of my tummy;however, don't just take my word for it have a look your self!

I still want to avoid becoming obsessed with the number that appears in the scale, so weigh in's will only occur every other Friday or Saturday.  The next weigh in will be July 29/30 exactly  7 months since this journey started.   1. If you want to loose 1 lbs a week you need to make sure you use at least 5500 more calories per week then you take in. If you just cut 250 calories a day and walk 2 miles a day you will do it very easy.
