I still want to avoid becoming obsessed with the number that appears in the scale, so weigh in's will only occur every other Friday or Saturday. If you want to loose 1 lbs a week you need to make sure you use at least 5500 more calories per week then you take in. If you just cut 250 calories a day and walk 2 miles a day you will do it very easy.
